My philips gogear wont let me sync or add anymore music to what i already have.?
Q. My philips gogear lets me erase any music that i've already had but won't let me add or sync anymore music. The music i have on there still plays though. When it goes to sync it will sync the first song only once on my list wht should i do?

Its about Philips gogear 4GB , i cant play video's in the gogear, why is that?

How do I do a hard reset for my Philips GoGear?
Q. I know how to do a soft reset (power + volume up button & hold for 3 seconds), but how do I do a hard reset? I have the HDD6330/17 30 gb GoGear.

A. There is no way to hard reset a hard drive based MP3 player, without the aid of a computer. You mp3 player has two types of memory in it. The hard drive (where the music and photos are stored) and the Ram (where the firmware and active files are temporarily hosted). When you soft reset your GoGear, it flushes the RAM, and restarts the operating system (which is why the contents of the hard drive does not get erased). You can "hard reset" the device, by formatting the drive and resetting it to factory defaults in the Settings field. This is the closest thing to a "hard reset: thats available with an HD based MP3 player.

A. It is straightforward. When you connect the Philips GoGear box to your computer, Windows will recognized it as a HDD. The amber charging LED changes to green when the charging process is completed. For more information on LED status indicators, see section Status indicators and their meanings.
