Q. The programming languages are C, C++, C#, and Java. I know that C and C++ are closely related and C# and Java are closely related. It implements the use of "classes" as opposed to "structs". C# vs C++ is a little more complicated. Here is some stuff on it. C++ vs Java -Java has automated garbage collection. For the programmer making the design, that is wonderful. But this is horrible on memory management, which makes C++ have better performance.
